Terms of Use
Last updated: October 4, 2026
These terms apply to the Menuvite app and the menuvite.app website. By using them, you agree to these terms.
The app
Menuvite helps you plan menus and build grocery lists. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. Menuvite is published by Anton Baranov, Quebec, Canada.
Menuvite Pro
Pro is a one-time purchase through the App Store that unlocks unlimited recipes of your own and the import of Cooklang files. It is not a subscription and does not renew. Payment, refunds and receipts are handled by Apple under Apple's terms. You can restore a past purchase with the same Apple ID from the app's About section.
Your recipes
The recipes you add belong to you and stay on your device. You are responsible for having the right to use any recipe you import.
Recipes and food safety
Recipes, quantities and times are provided as general guidance. You are responsible for checking allergens and ingredients, and for cooking food safely. Menuvite does not give dietary or medical advice.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, the publisher is not liable for losses arising from its use. Because your data is stored only on your device, back up your phone: deleting the app or losing the device erases your menus and recipes.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app means you accept the update.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
