Menuvite is a mobile app that plans a menu for several days and builds a grocery list from it. This policy explains what the app and this website handle, and why.

Who is responsible

Menuvite is published by Anton Baranov, as a sole proprietor, in Quebec, Canada. For any question or request: support@menuvite.app.

In short

  • Menuvite has no account and no server that stores your data. Everything is saved only on your device.
  • We never sell or share your information, and we use no advertising or tracking tools.
  • The only network activity is the App Store purchase, if you choose Pro.

What the app stores on your device

  • Menus. The menus you generate, including which days are locked.
  • Your recipes. Recipes you paste, import from a file, copy or write.
  • Grocery ticks. The items you tick off a grocery list.
  • Small settings. For example a flag used when testing the Pro screens.

This information is used only to run the app. It is not sent to us or to anyone else.

Files you choose

If you import a recipe file, the app reads the file you pick and keeps the recipe on your device. The file is not uploaded anywhere.

Purchases

Menuvite Pro is a one-time purchase through the App Store. Apple handles the payment, and Menuvite never sees your card or billing details. To confirm that Pro is active, the app uses RevenueCat, a purchase service. It receives an anonymous app user ID, your purchase status and basic device information needed to validate the purchase. It does not receive your menus, recipes or grocery lists.

This website

The menuvite.app website uses no tracking cookies, analytics or advertising. Like any host, our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (for example the IP address and time of a visit) for security and reliability. If you write to us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you.

Retention and deletion

  • Local data stays on your device as long as you keep the app. Deleting Menuvite erases all of it.
  • You can delete a recipe of your own in the app at any time.
  • Your Pro purchase is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored from the app's About section.

Children

Menuvite is a general-audience cooking app. It collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
